Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Our behaviour support services focus on understanding behaviour as communication. We work collaboratively to develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans that are trauma-informed, respectful, and empowering.
We support individuals with:
1. Aggression or violence
2. Property damage
3. Self-injury
4. Absconding
5. Problematic sexual behaviour
6. Alcohol and drug misuse, poly-substance misuse
7. High-risk behaviours linked to trauma, disability, mental health or justice involvement
8. Complex care needs, including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), dementia, and other neurocognitive conditions
All supports are tailored to individual needs, and delivered with a focus on safety, regulation, and dignity across home, community, and supported accommodation settings.

Specialist Forensic Services
We offer tailored support for individuals involved with the justice system, which includes:
1. Comprehensive risk assessments specific to people with disability (ARMADILO- G, S; Static 99R; HCR-20; SVR, SARA/ B-SAFER; MARAM; RASSOR, BRIEF- Adult and other evidence based tools).
2. Offense or need specific intervention programs, e.g- Sex Offending; Arson, CSAM.
3. Specialist Behaviour Support and Behaviour Management for people engaged in justice system.
4. Reintegration and transition planning.
Our team is trained in forensic specific assessments and brings extensive experience in forensic disability, youth justice, and custodial transitions.

Capacity Building Program
Weoffer tailored one-on-one and small group programs focused on skill development, emotional awareness, and safe relationships. Programs range in duration from 3 to 18 months depending on individual needs and goals:
1. Emotional Regulation & Distress Tolerance
2. Social Problem Solving
3. Relationships & Boundaries
4. Sexuality & Identity
5. Problematic Sexual Behaviour (PSB) Interventions
6. AOD or ploy-substance misuse
All programs are adapted to individual learning needs and cultural contexts.

Functional Capacity Assessment
Our Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) help NDIS participants demonstrate their current level of functioning and support needs in psychosocial, behavioural, and adaptive domains. Our assessments are strengths-based, trauma-informed, and align with NDIA guidelines.

We provide person-centred counselling for individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:

Our approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). We support clients across the lifespan and ensure all care is neurodiversity-affirming and culturally safe.

Consultation & supervision
We provide reflective, clinical, and cultural supervision for practitioners and organisations. Our supervision is grounded in safety, growth, and values-based practice. We also offer consultation on trauma-informed behaviour support, disability and justice intersections, and culturally safe program design.
